Swedish Massage - uses flowing and rhythmic strokes, it also involves an application of firm yet gentle pressure to decrease levels of stress, promotes
relaxation and ease of muscle tension.
Customize Massage - massage tailored specifically for the client to make sure the best results are produced for his/her ailments.
Prenatal Massage Therapy - can play an important role in women's prenatal care. It can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. Recommended after the first trimester.
Craniosacral Therapy - is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system.
Deep Tissue Massage - specifically focuses on the deeper layers of the muscles tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure.
Trigger Point Therapy - engages in deactivating trigger points that cause discomfort and restrictions in joint mobility within areas of the body.
Sports Massage - is an application of a variety of massage techniques to enhance athletic perofrmance and reduce the chance of injuries for the athlete.
Hot Stone Massage - type of massage where stones are used throughout the session. the heat from the stone relaxes the muscles, allowing the therapist access to deeper muscles.
Aromatherapy - the use of essential oils to promote health and well-being. Choose from oils that relax, rejuvenate, improve mental clarity, and more.
On-Site Chair Massage - is an inexpensive massage specified to promote relaxation and reduce stress. In the work environment, it helps increase the blood flow, stimulating the central nervous system, sending the client back to work more alert and with the ability to be more productive. The therapist uses a combination of massage techniques and stretches, targeting the muscle groups of the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. HOURS AND SCHEDULING
All sessions are by appointment only.
Monday -Friday: Appointments start at 9:30 am and the last appointment is at 5:30 pm
Saturday: Appointments start at 9:00 am and the last appointment is at 2:00 pm
All clients must arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork and a consultation.
If you are running a fever or have cold/flu-like symptoms, please reschedule! If you have any health/medical conditions please consult with doctor first, and present doctor's note during appointment!
We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:
12 Hour Advance Notice: Notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice, you will be charged/billed half the amount of the scheduled session. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show." They will be charged/billed for their missed appointment of the full amount. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the FULL session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Prepaid Sessions: Clients that fail to attend or reschedule their prepaid sessions without 12 hours advance notice will forfeit their appointment and not receive credit for future sessions.
Cash and Credit Card payments only.
There is a 2.5% processing fee for credit card transactions.
Gift certificates must be present at the time of service. From Me To You Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates may be used for services only and not redeemed for cash. Gift certificates expire seventy (70) days after the purchase date for one session and ninety (90) days after the purchase date for two sessions. Must call to receive gift certificate.
This policy is strictly enforced. We strongly encourage individuals not to purchase gift certificates if they are not willing to adhere to this policy. Massage therapy is not a luxury, it's an investment in your health. It is strongly advised to view massage therapy as "preventative maintenance", due to individuals' everyday activities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Therapeutic massage care is encouraged at least monthly.
